VE REPORT We had four candidates come for testing. Three left with the traditional “Smile and CSCE”, two of whom upgraded to General Class and the third to Extra Class. All candidates were from a distance: Arvada, Como and Denver area. We were very happy to have these candidate s.Thank you to those coming to serve and assist me at the session: Jack Frank (Golden) Tom Quinlan (Conifer) and Gregg Schobinger (Aurora). VE REPORT for 11/21/09 by Padre – WØWPD We had three candidates come for testing. One was from Littleton and passed the General (ele.3) exam, the other was from South Park, became a new Tech and is the wife of Bill Sickles, KCØYIH. The third will try again next time. Thank you to those coming to serve and assist me at the session: Pete Krause (NEØT), Jack Frank (WØDSV) and Gregg Schobinger (NØTWO). We were very happy to have these candidate, and sorry one other who signed up was not able to make the session. VE REPORT We had two candidates come for testing, who “Came, Saw and Conquered” (in the words of Julius Caesar). One was from Arvada and passed the Tech (ele.2) exam, the other was from South Park and became a General. Thank you to those coming to serve and assist me at the session: Jim Stitt, Pete Krause, Daniel Hazen and Jack Frank. We were very happy to have these candidates, and sorry two others who signed up were not able to make the session because of the swine flu in one case. VE REPORT Six candidates came for testing. One gentleman came all the way from Eagle, Co. and another from Frederick, Co. Both great distances from Bailey. The other four were more “local,” two of whom are ladies, and one is Dwain’s daughter. All left, as we like to observe, with the traditional smile and a CSCE. Four are new Techs, and two upgraded to General. Coming to serve were Pete Krause (NEØT) Pine, Jack Frank (WØDSV) Golden, Daniel Hazen (NØBN) Bailey, Gregg Schobinger (NØTWO) and myself. I plead guilty. The confusion was my fault!!! VE REPORT Two Candidates came for the session. One gentleman came from Littleton, and upgraded to General Class. The other gentleman, our own PCRC V.P. and webmaster, Jack Frank (WØDSV), came and upgraded to Extra Class. Both men were certainly smiling!!! Congratulations to both.. Coming to serve were Pete Krause (NEØT) Pine, Co., Daniel Hazen, (NØBN) Bailey, Gregg Schobinger (NØTWO) Aurora and myself. VE REPORT For only the fifth time since our team has been testing when no candidates came, we were without any this time. So the team enjoyed a good time with eyeball QSOs until the club meeting. Coming to serve were Pete Krause (NEØT) Pine, Co., Daniel Hazen, (NØBN) Bailey, Gregg Schobinger (NØTWO) Aurora and myself. VE REPORT Two candidates came for testing. Both left with the usual CSCE and smile. One candidate from Morrison passed both the Tech and General. The second, a young lady from Texas, passed as a new Tech. and joined her OM as a Ham. Coming to serve were Neal (KØUEM) and Dolores (KBØEKH) Hart, from Arvada, Pete Krause (NEØT) Pine, Co., Jack Frank (WØDSV) Golden, and myself.
VE REPORT Two candidates came for testing. Both left with the usual CSCE and smile: one coming from Buena Vista and the other from Highlands Ranch. Both passed El. 2 (TECH). Coming to serve were Jim Stitt (KAØNZZ) Bailey, Pete Krause (NEØT) Pine, Tom Quinlan (WØGLG) Conifer, Gregg (NØTWO) Aurora and myself.
VE REPORT Two candidates came for testing. Both left with the usual CSCE and smile. One candidate upgraded to General by way of the so-called paper upgrade (“Grandfather” credit). The second candidate upgraded to Extra Class. Coming to serve were Pete Krause (NE0T) Pine, Co., Ray and Judy Thompson (W0IVB and K0WGN) Fairplay, Tom Quinlan (WØGLG) Conifer and myself. A third candidate signed up, but did not show up. |
